SHIPPING POLICY
• I can guarantee when an order ships, not when it arrives. Luckily, issues very rarely arise with on-time delivery, except in instances of weather or heavy volume which is usually seasonal.
• PLEASE be sure you have the proper address attached to your order. Unfortunately items that get shipped to an address that was provided incorrectly, can not be replaced unless it is returned to me and I can resend it to you (at your cost) or must be repurchased if the merchandise never comes back.
• Stock and ready-made items usually ship within 1-5 (depending on weekends) business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Please feel free to contact me if you are not happy with your product. But that doesn’t mean you can return or exchange the piece you purchased
• I don’t do exchanges on custom pieces.
• I also do not refund shipping costs or pay to ship back.
• If a piece shows up damaged I can not give full refund.
